Cucumber Raita

Ingredients: Cucumber slice 3 cups
Sour yogurt (Without Water) One and a half cups
Fresh mint chopped 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Green chili 2-5 pm
lemon juice 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Fried cumin powder (to taste)
Beat salt (to taste)
Pepper powder 1 pinch
Salt (like taste)

Method: At first mix half a cup of yogurt in a bowl with coriander leaves, mint, green chili and blend as well. Then this mixture put into the bowl with a spoon of the remaining one cup of yogurt and mix all the ingredients together & ready cucumber raita. Serve with Nan, Tandoori Chicken or Kabab.
